At Iron Mountain, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring. We're looking for an Imaging Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day projects within the imaging operation. They resolve issues, adhere to the imaging standards, and monitor timelines and results

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11pm, Monday through Friday

  • Rate of Pay: $20hr

Responsibilities:

  • Perform inbounding and pre prep functions.

  • Scheduling and job setup with staging.

  • Preparing Job Specifications.

  • Perform Sort, Prep, Scan, QC, Indexing, Packaging and Release functions.

  • Final quality check on and corrections post production.

  • Training.

  • Troubleshoot scanner or batch class issues and correct with assistance of IT when necessary.

  • Adhere and utilize DMS Imaging Center SOP’s/guidelines and forms.

  • Other duties, as specified by Supervisor/Manager.

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • Familiarity with imaging and other related technology.

  • Ability and experience to perform all imaging tasks with a strong understanding of imaging quality measurement techniques and processes.

  • Experience with customer interaction. Must display good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and Management.

  • Ability to schedule personnel and manage project workflow to meet SLA’s.

  • Minimum business expertise required.

  • This role is responsible specifically for their job assignments and the success of those assignments.

  • This role requires internal and external contact. This communication may consist of verbal communication or written personnel via email.
