IFA Administrator / Senior IFA Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator or Senior IFA Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of the client services function, supporting advisers and helping to deliver high standards of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks relating to client onboarding, reviews, and financial planning recommendations.
Prepare and process new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and tax-efficient products.
Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain valuations, policy information, and resolve queries.
Communicate with clients when required, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and maintained in line with regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update client records using back-office systems.
Produce and quality-check client correspondence, reports, and review packs.
Assist with compliance activities, including file reviews and audit preparation.
Provide guidance and support to other administrative team members where required.
Work closely with paraplanners and financial advisers to ensure an efficient client journey.
Contribute to improving internal processes and maintaining procedural documentation.

About You

At least 1 year's experience in an IFA Administration role.
Strong understanding of financial services administration and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
