Position Summary: The DCCC IE’s Digital Department is looking for a Digital Coordinator to manage the development and trafficking of paid media products in a number of battleground districts this cycle. 

 This position is part of a collective bargaining unit 

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the review and approval timelines for all paid media products (media plans, creative briefs, creative assets) in your assigned districts
• Coordinating digital media planning, reservation plans, and approval processes
• Working hand-in-hand with the Digital department and external vendors to make sure teams are synced on deadlines and immediate priorities
• Strong ability to multitask and balance competing priorities and projects
• Administrative duties such as drafting agendas and note-taking
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

• 1-2 years prior work experience in a campaign or political advocacy environment and/or with setting up and launching paid media campaigns is preferred but not required 
• Ability to manage up and laterally 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Successful applicants will have demonstrated ability to multitask and manage workflows
• Past scheduling experience is preferred but not required
