WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The ICPC/OCS Case Manager Supervisor is an exempt position responsible for managing the daily operations of an Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children and Out of County Services (ICPC/OCS) Dependency Case Management unit which identifies, assesses and supports client and family needs of children placed in Hillsborough County, with the ultimate goal of permanency; supervises Case Management and support staff; and coordinates service delivery to ensure that client needs, program goals, and contract objectives are effectively met.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Provide employee and case related supervision to each team member at frequency required by state law, Funder requirements, and program policy.
- Provide modeling, training, and development of professional skills to program employees.
- Ensure responsibilities of team members are completed as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assign cases and related duties to staff and oversee service delivery.
- Evaluate, coordinate, and ensure necessary services and/or treatment are provided to achieve safety, permanency, and well-being of all assigned children and their families. Ensure assessments are completed timely; referrals are completed timely and assist case managers to ensure families access services timely.
- Assist the Leadership team with the administrative oversight, quality control, performance and fiscal management.
- Track, manage, and delivery of reports related to contractual performance and legal documentation required.
- Review and monitor case files for both internal and external quality assurance standards.
- Maintain working knowledge of community resources to assist staff in coordination of services for children and families.
- Maintain ongoing communication with all parties as required.
- Participate in on-call rotation in accordance with agency policy and program procedure.
- Maintain client confidentiality according to established policies and federal and state statutes by obtaining needed releases of information.

WHAT WE OFFER:
- $63,000 annual salary – certified Case Manager Supervisor
- $66,000 annual salary – three (3) years or more of experience as a certified Case Manager Supervisor
- 15 PTO Days per year
