Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting an Identity Access Management Program Management Lead to join our team. In this role you will be the lead Business Analyst working on BBH’s Identity and Access Management Transformation initiative. This individual will be responsible for defining and executing on an IAM strategy that reduces risk and increases efficiencies and standardization in our Certification program, Role Based Access Control (RBAC) program, and Access Control program. This individual is expected to develop deep subject matter expertise with respect to the existing implementation of the SailPoint tool at BBH and functionality that has been implemented. The Program (Product owner) will be responsible for executing upon all relevant Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and documentation that facilitate changes being moved into production.
In addition to becoming a subject matter expert on the SailPoint platform this BA Lead will be responsible for learning the business processes of the Information Security Management Organization. The BA Lead will be responsible for identifying practical opportunities to drive efficiencies and standardization by leveraging industry best practices and new and existing technologies. This individual will support the organization by providing guidance to end users of the platform and assisting with troubleshooting on an occasional basis.
Key Responsibilities include:
IAM Transformation and Integration lead
Define the strategy and roadmap for the IAM Program
Produce Project Management related documentation for weekly, monthly, and annual governance meetings for individuals at all levels of the organization
Provide subject matter expertise and training to other BBH employees to build out IAM Technology expertise at the firm
Maintain a running list of enhancements requested by the business for IAM Technologies
Work with the business owners of the IAM technologies to prioritize enhancements
Develop detailed application runbooks for supporting the IAM Technology stack
Develop detailed technical requirements so application managers can seamlessly transmit and receive data from the IAM Technologies
Assist with testing efforts
Understand support the project management life cycle
Participate in project meetings
Support relevant firmwide integration activities
Support of projects with occasional extended evening or weekend hours depending on the status and time table of a project/initiative
Qualifications include:
Required
BS/BA degree or equivalent job experience
3+ years of experience supporting the SailPoint Application, specifically:
Lifecycle Management
Role Management
Policy Management
Ability to communicate effectively
Project Management Skills:
Project Status Reports
Work Breakdown Structures
Risk / Issue Tracking
Financial Reporting
Highly motivated with ability to self-manage and work independently
Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours while working on projects with tight deadlines or during implementations
Creative and effective problem solving and analytical skills
Intermediate level SQL Experience
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow
Prior experience in an Information Security Role at a Financial Service firm
