Responsibilities:
Build scalable data/AI workflows using containerization and serverless platforms.
Getting Data ready for AI - Building datasets for training, inference, and retraining (AI ready data foundations).
Research and develop efficient, scalable, resilient, self-healing, and reusable data solutions.
Build LLM applications with GenAI.
Develop, code and maintain systems to support the Analytics Infrastructure & Data Lake.
Partner/Contribute on analytics requests and conduct statistical data analysis.
Implement monitoring, logging, and automated retraining pipelines
Collaborate with global team on projects and operations
Collaborate on automation opportunities using AI in data operations
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
5+ Years of prior experience in Data Science/Engineering and Databases
5+ years of Python programming experience
Proven track record of coding in a multi-developer environment – code collaboration, reviews, etc.
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes
Exposure to MLFlow or similar tools for experiment tracking and model workflow support
Familiarity with NLP / LLM / GenAI
Experience with prompt, vector, or retrieval data pipelines
Experience in advanced SQL using MPP databases like Clickhouse, BigQuery, Snowflake etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.OR
5+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
