Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for installing, replacing, and commissioning heating and cooling systems while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, follows safety standards, and represents the company professionally in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and related equipment
• Remove and properly dispose of old HVAC equipment
• Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, gas piping, electrical connections, and condensate drainage
• Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning
• Educate homeowners on system operation and basic maintenance
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Accurately complete job documentation and installation reports
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and management
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals
• Basic electrical, refrigerant, and gas piping knowledge
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas
• Strong customer service and communication skills
