HVAC Installation Technician

We are currently seeking an HVAC Installation Technician for a direct hire position in Waterford, CT.

Pay: $35 - $45 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate commercial HVAC systems.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and utilize required personal protective equipment while performing installation and service work.
• Attend required safety training.
• Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed based on project demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Commercial HVAC installation and service experience required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Boiler and steam system experience preferred.

Physical Demands
The employee must be able to regularly walk, stand, use hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift equipment and materials. The role requires frequent ladder and stairway use, as well as the ability to lift and move various weight ranges, including up to 50 lbs. frequently, 51–100 lbs. occasionally, and 101+ lbs. on rare occasions.
