Your New Role

Based in Little Rock, AR, with consistent jobs in surrounding areas (within a 45-mile radius), you’ll be the go-to expert for installing residential HVAC systems the right way the first time. You’ll:

• Install HVAC systems and fixtures to code

• Replace and repair components when needed

• Operate power and hand tools like a pro

• Prep and clean job sites

• Oversee and coordinate workflow with team members

• Ensure all safety protocols and standards are followed

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in residential HVAC installation preferred

• License: EPA Type IV Certification (required)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Clean driving record (company vehicle use required)

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and handle tools with confidence

• Comfortable working in residential and light commercial environments

• Strong attention to detail and job site cleanliness

• Self-motivated and able to follow directions without constant supervision
