The Job

• Oversees installations, adding-on, or replacing HVAC systems in residential homes
• Supervising and coordinating operations 
• Authorize equipment purchases and repair parts
• Supervises small group of techs within the organization 

The Requirements

• Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work
• Customer Service Oriented
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
• Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
• Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills
• EPA Certification
• Valid Drivers License
• 5+ Years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market
