Full time Permanent position up to $120,000K Per year! 

Job Description:

• Overall technical support and Quality assurance of all field technicians
• Insuring customer satisfaction and customer follow up
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and promoting new customers
• Provide guidelines and training for service technicians
• Promote maintenance agreements
• Provide and review Repair Quotes
• Provide direction and accountability for technicians
• Holding meetings for group training and one on one reviews
• Forecasting and managing manpower to meet ongoing customer and seasonal demands

Key Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, self-starter, positive attitude individual.
• Current or previous leadership experience is required.
• Must have minimal 5 years technical experience in HVAC field.
• High energy level to handle a dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced workload.
• Strong customer service.
• Strong analysis, problem solving skills to provide innovative solutions.
• Entrepreneurial focus toward department growth.

Experience:

• Leadership / Management: 2 years (Preferred)
