Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Victoria Time (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT) with 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Position Overview
As the HVAC Controls Quoting and Project Specialist, you will streamline the quoting process and ensure successful project setups. You’ll translate complex specifications into actionable plans, ensuring accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Quoting Process

• Manage incoming quote requests via email.
  

• Process quotes using Ascora software.
  

• Analyze specifications and plans for accurate quoting.
  

• Perform takeoffs and analysis using Bluebeam.
  

• Identify key job requirements from specifications.
  

• Send quotes to clients and respond to their inquiries.
  

Project Setup

• Set up new jobs after winning bids and request necessary client information.
  

• Create control spreadsheets for equipment and submit drafts for approval.
  

• Perform takeoffs on approved drawings.
  

• Order equipment for switchboard construction.
  

Documentation and Compliance

• Prepare Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
  

• Organize and maintain project documentation.
  

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  

Process Improvement

• Streamline quoting and project setup processes.
  

• Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  

Key Performance Indicators

• 30% reduction in project setup time.
