Our internship program is designed to give you real-world exposure, not just observation. The program runs from June 2nd, 2026 through August 7th, 2026. Interns are expected to work at least three days per week in our Nashua, NH office and commit to the full duration of the program. This opportunity is open to rising seniors only.
Job Overview
The Human Resources intern will be a dynamic and motivated individual who is curious about getting into the Human Resources world! Interns should bring energy and enthusiasm to core HR functions, including recruitment onboarding support and employee engagement initiatives. The HR intern will play an active role in supporting a positive workplace culture while assisting with projects around maintaining personnel records, training coordination, and policy compliance. The HR intern should be eager to contribute to talent acquisition efforts focusing on offer letter creation, operating in our applicant tracking system posting jobs, assisting with onboarding efforts and employee experience strategies, while gaining hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Talent & Recruitment Support:
- Operation of our applicant tracking system
- Writing and organization job description data base
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Managing applicant tracking systems
- Assisting with employer branding with LI posts, career pages etc)
- Creating offer letters and job postings
- Assisting with new hire onboarding
- Administrative support:
- Assisting with new hire processing as necessary, including orientations
- Assist in maintaining accurate and current updates on employee’s status, new employees, terminations, department changes and monthly incidents
- Assist with creating HR related reports as needed
- Address employee general queries as needed
- Birthday and Anniversary posts
- HRIS and workflow automation tool support
Requirements
- Coursework, projects and/or a major in areas such as Human Resources or Business Management
- Ability to support multiple concurrent tasks
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
- In office 3 days per week to work with the team onsite
- Strong experience with leveraging spreadsheets, systems, and processes to complete tasks
