The Department of Administrative & Financial Services, General Government Service Center is seeking an exceptional candidate who enjoys a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would possess strong attention to detail, be well organized and an effective communicator. This position provides professional level human resource services for State agencies served by the General Government Service Center.

The primary focus of this position is overseeing, coordinating, and managing recruitment efforts for agencies served by the General Government Service Center. This position is also responsible for position management and job classification management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify, you must have demonstrated education, training, and/or experience in human resources or a related field.

Preference will be given to applicants possessing knowledge or experience working with recruiting, hiring and selection practices, position management, and the ability to interpret rules and regulations, State and Federal laws.
