About The Opportunity
Administer human resources functions in support of all locations including recruiting, collecting and analyzing HR data, processing payroll and other paperwork, assisting employees with benefits and other employee relations activities.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure consistent application of employment policies/ practices to provide fair and equitable treatment of all employees; provide guidance and counsel to Managers when administering disciplinary actions.
2. Provide leadership and direction to the company in complying with various HR regulated legislation such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA and ERISA among others.
3. Provide support in all areas of Safety.
4. Coach and assist company managers about Human Resources issues.
5. Create, maintain, and drive a culture of engagement across the entire organization.
6. Administer FMLA, TDI/ S&A, and assist with Transitional Duty activities.
7. Utilize SAP/ ADP and relative HRIS to administer staffing events, wages, status change, leave entitlement, attendance, and other related personnel transactions.
8. Promote open door communication with all employees; be visible to ensure employees feel at ease to approach for questions and be available to counsel as required.
9. Ensure compliance of relevant federal, state/provincial, and local laws, as well as Menasha Ethics and other corporate-specific policies and procedures.
10. Participate in strategic initiatives and projects in support of overall strategic plan and resources to senior management team.
11. Prepare various reports monthly including headcount and retention/turnover.
12. Guide ORBIS RPM employees through performance management and merit increase processes.
13. Other duties as assigned.
