Position Summary

• Responsible for developing, implementing, updating, and maintaining human resource information system (HRIS).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources or related administrative position

Licenses and Certification

• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred

• Workday Certifications preferred

Experience and Skills

• Demonstrated strength with Excel formulas and macros

• Human Resources or technical skills: 2 years

Role Specific Responsibilities

• Provides staff and management training for assigned systems.

• Serves as a resource to managers and staff.

• Analyzes and provides relevant data to leaders and HRBPs to help them make informed decisions and relay information system-wide that is backed by data

• Provides reports and analysis of data to other HR functions

• Aggregates data, creates dashboards and has an understanding of reports o Assists in troubleshooting day-to-day transaction issues in Workday and other HRIS systems

• Troubleshoots integration issues to downstream systems from Workday

• Evaluate weekly release notes and related testing within Workday

• Partner with Senior Functional Analysts in high volume, heavy configuration areas.

• Support configuration in areas of Workday that require minimal modifications, innovative design and limited complexity.

• Administers HRIS processes, maintenance, set-up and testing.

• Supports users directly and indirectly through education, collaborative problem resolution, file analysis and maintenance

Compensation (Commensurate with experience):

$61,110.40 - $94,723.20
