This position will be part of the INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS SEGMENT-Create automation solutions in Industrial BU, fast track the worlds transition to renewable energy in Energy BU, create the future of flight with eVOTLs in AD&M, and enable more minimally invasive procedures in Medical BU

Job Overview
As a Co-Op in the Industrial Solutions Segment, you will:
The Industrial Solutions HR Co-Op will have an amazing opportunity to develop HR skillset in a dynamic international environment. He/she will assist the global IS HR organization in various HR projects like talent management and employee engagement programs for the growing Industrial Solutions (IS) global segment. They will foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies, and policies of the organization.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager HR PMO, the HR Co-Op will develop and implement policies at the segment level partnering with HR, leaders, and employees to drive business and companywide programs and initiatives including but not limited to: annual processes, talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, project & change management, and analytics.
Responsibilities
Support company and segment-wide programs and initiatives related to human resources and employee development by driving/tracking project plans, providing change management support, and risk mitigation
Supporting HR staff and managers in responding to inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Promote the organization's culture and coach managers with personal and team development.
Partner with the functional leadership teams to analyze and prioritize the critical business challenges faced by the organization and deploy appropriate HR interventions.
Support the HR life cycle cadence and talent management programs for the segment.
You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:
Are currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a MA/MS Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history. (In certain circumstances, students who are taking a gap year will be considered.)
• Have previous internship or large project experience is preferred
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $17.64-36.75 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
