About You
You are a talent acquisition-focused HR professional with a strong ability to identify, attract, and secure high-performing talent across a variety of business functions. You thrive in an environment where recruiting is both a strategic priority and a hands-on responsibility. You are highly skilled in full-cycle recruiting and serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping translate business needs into effective hiring strategies and strong talent outcomes. You are organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. In addition to being the talent acquisition lead, you are comfortable supporting broader HR initiatives and employee lifecycle activities as needed.
Position Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner is primarily responsible for leading the organization’s day-to-day talent acquisition function, serving as the primary strategic and operational partner for all hiring activity across the business. This role owns the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate management, hiring manager partnership, offer management, and onboarding coordination. The position plays a key role in building talent pipelines, improving recruiting processes, and ensuring the organization attracts and secures top talent efficiently and effectively. In addition to talent acquisition, this role supports broader HR functions including employee relations, performance management administration, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives as needed. While involved in general HR support, the primary focus and success measures are centered on recruiting outcomes and talent strategy.
Essential Functions
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across all assigned departments and levels, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing consultation on talent strategy, role requirements, market conditions, and hiring decisions
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of qualified talent across corporate, retail, and operational functions
- Manage all aspects of candidate experience to ensure a professional, engaging, and efficient hiring process
- Drive recruiting process improvements to enhance speed, quality, consistency, and overall hiring effectiveness
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning initiatives and hiring priorities aligned with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, trends, and hiring data to identify opportunities and improve outcomes
- Support and enhance employer branding efforts through recruiting materials, job postings, career page content, and candidate engagement strategies
- Maintain recruiting systems, candidate tracking, and hiring documentation with accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
HR Partnership & Operational Support
- Assist with performance management administration, including review cycles and related documentation
- Support HR operational processes, including HRIS updates, employee documentation, and compliance initiatives
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, communications, and other HR programs as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience with significant ownership of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategy
- Proven success managing multiple concurrent searches across varying levels and business functions
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, interview processes, and employment laws<
