Position Summary

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for HR operations, helping with everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. You’ll play a key part in creating a positive, people-first workplace.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate with applicants.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead new hire orientation, manage documentation, and support smooth transitions.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS (SuccessFactors a plus), assist with data entry and reporting.
  • Benefits Coordination: Help employees navigate benefits enrollment and liaise with providers.
  • Employee Relations: Be a friendly first point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company policies; assist with audits and reporting.
  • HR Projects & Events: Support wellness programs, employee engagement initiatives, and HR communications.
  • General Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team—scheduling, document prep, and more.

 

Qualifications

 

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

 

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role; experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or related industry is a plus.

 

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Familiarity with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

 

Working Conditions: 

  • Onsite role at the Lindsay, NE facility, Monday through Friday.
  • Office environment with occasional visits to the production floor.
  • Occasional travel to recruitment events or corporate meetings may be required.
