JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Campus Recruiting team has an opening to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that provides the opportunity to manage the recruiting strategy and execution of talent acquisition for various skills/functions across the firm. Located onsite in our Dallas office, the position includes extensive interaction with business managers, HCM professionals, senior stakeholders and candidates and offers longer-term growth opportunities within HCM.
- Work with team to develop, coordinate and execute recruiting strategy, including a focus on diversity, sourcing, marketing, and the competitive landscape for specific functional skills across the firm
- Attend specific sourcing and relationship building events, interview and evaluate candidates, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process with a focus on candidate experience
- Work closely with analyst recruiting teams to ensure holistic analyst hiring experience and united front to our primary stakeholders
- Manage summer internship program and experience
- Oversee and assist with divisional recruiting logistics, such as systems updates, securing interviewers, scheduling candidates, offer management and onboarding
- Manage relevant metrics for your divisional coverage areas, such as forecasting, budgets, global headcount, recruiting successes, diversity initiatives, sourcing metrics and ad hoc projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong interest in the Financial Services industry
- Strong communication, sales and interpersonal skills; confident interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to create, share and communicate a compelling data analysis to influence outcomes with our stakeholders
- Results-oriented – ability to balance multiple, time-sensitive projects while maintaining a longer term, strategic focus
- Self-motivated, proactive and passionate
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and operationally with a commercial mindset
- Ability to work with multiple audiences, while building strong personal networks across a complex, consensus-driven organization
- Ability to understand, dissect and analyze data to drive decisions and/or make recommendations
- Focused on data integrity
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
