HRIS Workday - Talent Technology Team Lead (Remote Eligible)

The Talent Technology Manager/Team Lead is responsible for providing leadership, planning, and project coordination to the Talent Technology Core team and responsible for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout RSM. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of Workday experience and must be Workday Pro certified.
Essential Duties
- Manages the Talent Technology Core team in executing the day-to-day activities to support HR, Payroll, and other interrelated functions.
- Provide overall prioritization of work assignments and management of Talent Technology team resources and their activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, application operational efficiency, and security.
- Leads and works with the Talent Technology team on releases/upgrades, testing, security roles, integrations, and other shared systems.
- Works with Talent Technology leadership to formulate and execute governance models for the HR Technology portfolio.
- Develop clear service level standards that define expectations and create accountability for delivering enhanced value through HR Technology Services
- Works with the Talent Technology leadership team to develop and sustain a high performing team capable of driving technical modernization efforts in parallel to delivering on business commitments across multiple delivery format.
- Maintain knowledge of industry and market trends, benefits-related technology, labor law, and healthcare reform initiatives.
- A resilient focus on employee development through continuous coaching and feedback
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in CIS, MIS or related field
- 8+ years implementing, managing, and maintaining multiple HR systems, 3+ years’ Workday Required.
- Understand the HR vendor & integration landscape in Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning
- 3+ years of Management Experience managing a technology team responsible for implementing, enhancing, maintaining Workday Core HCM, Time & Attendance and Payroll.
- 3+ years of experience in project management and change management.
- Possess Organization Agility and the ability to collaborate with all levels throughout the organization to accomplish strategic initiatives and achieve key objectives.
- Strong “storytelling” skills with ability to demonstrate, influence and negotiate change.
- Employ strategic enterprise thinking, applying these concepts to technology implementations and ongoing system lifecycle support.
- Ability to think globally about a process impact, but also be able to manage relevant detail.
- Workday Pro Certified
- Travel Requirement 0 – 15%
Preferred Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer information systems, System Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD
