Position Summary: The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Support Associate will provide general support to maintain the organizations HRIS applications, processes, and modules.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversees and maintains optimal function of organization's HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users with general support of all cores Workday HR modules.
Collaborates with leadership and People department staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
Programs custom functions and documentation such as Offer Letters, Application & Pre-Hire documents, onboarding workflows, and reports.
Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
Provides general support and serves as a liaison between HR, Information Technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven working experience in providing employee support or Human Resources administrative service centers.
Working knowledge of support desk software, employee databases, and Microsoft 365 suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
General knowledge of Human Resources disciplines, employment laws and regulations
