HRIS and Compensation Analyst

Description

Our company is seeking an experienced HRIS and Compensation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Paylocity experience and be proficient in processing employment actions and updating employee records efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HRIS system (Paylocity) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Process employment actions such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement compensation programs and policies
• Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations to management
• Assist with annual performance review process
• Provide support to employees and managers regarding HRIS and compensation-related inquiries
• Regularly audits employment records to ensure all employee actions have been processed properly and are compliant with company policy and state/federal regulations.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience with Paylocity HRIS system
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements: 

• Sedentary Work: Primarily sitting for extended periods at a computer.
• Manual Dexterity: Regular use of a keyboard and mouse.
• Vision: Prolonged screen time for data analysis and report generation.
• Hearing/Speaking: Frequent communication via phone, video calls, and meetings.
• Minimal Physical Exertion: Occasionally lifting light objects, like files or laptops.
• General Office Movement: Minimal walking for meetings or collaboration.
