Purpose Statement

The purpose of the HRIS Analyst role is to understand our systems, understand our data and question when things could be better. Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

•    Participate in the current global HIRS efforts to build the necessary infrastructure and enabling tools, including review of existing software, programs, interfacing and payroll executions. 
•    Constantly exploring ways to improve the system and HR processes for the best possible experience. 
•    Understand complexity of data and configuration of HRIS including loading core data and logic of the system. 
•    Provide support to HRIS team including troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and correcting technical problems and deficiencies.
•    Support the creation of detailed HR reports, metrics, and dashboards, promoting data-backed decisions.
•    Primary point of contact for technical escalations from the HR Operations team; partner with specialist groups, vendors, and other parties to resolve issues within standard service level agreements.
•    Support the Organization with the testing of new features and functionalities throughout the year and during scheduled technology releases, communicating issues in a timely, transparent way.
•    Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
•    Manage security and control of data including permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for end users.

•    Create guides and training materials to introduce new processes or tools and to aid in training.
 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

•    Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Finance or other related field and 3 years experience in HRIS or MBA/Masters degree in HR, Finance or other related field and 2 years experience in HRIS
•    Experience with SuccessFactors required
•    Solid knowledge of HR laws, regulations and all functions of HR.
•    Demonstrated ability to partner with other functional areas (e.g. Business Partners, Centers of Expertise) to deliver successful outcomes on complex matters 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
•    Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills 
•    Excellent Microsoft Office skills 
•    Proficiency in HRIS software and other HR technologies

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$69,108.39 - $93,499.59
