What You’ll Do:

As the friendly face of the HR office, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and new hires. You’ll help set the tone for our workplace culture by creating a warm, professional onboarding experience and supporting critical HR operations.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Welcoming guests to the HR department with a smile and professionalism
• Assisting with the onboarding process for new Team Members
• Performing on-site drug screens and background checks for new hires
• Preparing I-9 documentation and verifying work eligibility through E-Verify
• Creating and maintaining personnel and medical files
• Managing applicant flow and new hire tracking
• Screening candidates for open roles
• Ensuring strict confidentiality and accurate records
• Collaborating with managers and staying connected to what’s happening across departments
• Pitching in on other HR duties as needed — we’re a team, after all!

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or HR-related roles preferred
• A professional, polished appearance and top-tier communication skills
• Confidence with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• A knack for staying organized and detail-focused

Bonus points if you:

• Are known for your positivity and ability to make others feel welcome
• Have experience using HRIS or payroll systems

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must obtain and maintain registration with the Gaming Control Board
