What You’ll Be Doing:

The HR Program Coordinator is a dynamic role designed to support the success of the HR Transformation team, with a primary focus on Performance Management initiatives while also contributing to broader HR coordination efforts. Reporting directly to the HR Transformation Director, this position will assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives aimed at driving organizational enablement, employee performance, and operational excellence.

The HR Program Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and programmatic support to the HR Transformation team. This role supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of key HR programs, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The HR Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating logistics, managing program timelines, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to ensure program success.

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of performance management programs, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and calibration processes.
  • Support the planning and execution of key performance management initiatives, such as employee performance workshops, manager training sessions, and annual review cycles.
  • Manage program timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Coordinate communications related to performance management programs and provide timely updates to managers, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for performance management inquiries, offering support and guidance on processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance management strategies with organizational goals.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, including performance calibration sessions and feedback training, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare materials, presentations, and reports to support performance management initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation, including employee performance records, program tracking sheets, and evaluation reports.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to performance management, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Generate reports to measure the effectiveness and impact of performance management programs.
  • Partner with the department Director to identify and implement enhancements to performance management processes and tools.
  • Support the adoption of new technologies and systems aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of performance management activities..

What You’ll Need to Thrive:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or HR support (internships or academic projects will be considered).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar) and experience leveraging collaboration tools like Slack or Zoom.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Sm
