HR Partner (HRP) Support

Join HR Partner (HRP) team to work with cross functional teams, other HR teams, and leaders to ensure the effective delivery of HR support/services to the business.

Support HRP Team with:

• Associate and leader questions on HR matters
• Completion of annual company events (performance management, training, benefits enrollment)
• Internal movement process
• Local onboarding
• Exit interviews
• Event Support

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources

0 - 2 of equivalent, related job experience

Working knowledge of Kronos, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors

Strong attention to detail

Strong ability to multi-task

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
