About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the complete HR function for both white-collar and blue-collar employees in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management, and factory manpower management.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across corporate and factory functions.
- Manage recruitment of senior professionals as well as blue-collar/shop-floor manpower.
- Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Drive performance management, KRAs, appraisals, probation reviews, and disciplinary processes.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee records, HR documentation, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations and effectively manage shop-floor workforce concerns.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, HRMS processes, and HR reporting systems.
- Support training, learning, and development initiatives for employees.
- Partner with management on manpower planning, organizational development, and HR strategy.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
- 7–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory experience in Manufacturing Industry.
- Proven experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
- Experience in factory/shop-floor HR and industrial relations will be highly preferred.
- Strong recruitment and workforce management experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of HRMS and MS Office.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
