Job Description

Join our team as the HR Manager (HR Lead) in Ocala, Florida! The HR Lead for the Ocala Plant provides functional expertise and leadership at the facility. Specifically, the HR Lead is accountable for direction and support to the business units in the areas of staffing, employee development, organizational design, performance and change management within the facility of ~150 employees.

This individual will be a key member of the Plant Leadership team and provide HR functional leadership and expertise to ensure a highly engaged work force and drive business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, business, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience required, including plant HR experience.
• Proven track record of success in serving as a business partner to other business leaders and driving strong business results.
• Demonstrated capability in change management.
• Proven track record of success in driving engaged organization by creating and implementing HR strategies.
• Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management and all hourly employees.
• Previous experience with payroll system (Kronos) and HRIS preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluent Spanish Speaking, preferred.
• Previous experience with payroll system (Kronos) and HRIS preferred.
• Quality systems experience preferred.
