Who We’re Looking For:
The HR Generalist will play a critical role in executing our people strategy by supporting initiatives across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, development, and retention. Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, this position serves as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders and employees, ensuring the HR function drives performance, supports culture, and meets organizational goals.
What You’ll Do:
With a hands-on approach and strong attention to both strategy and detail, the HR Generalist will support recruitment efforts, play a key role in talent management and employee relations, lead projects, manage HR systems and data, and provide training and coaching to frontline managers, supporting leaders in cultivating high performing, engaged teams.
General Responsibilities
- Influence without authority; partner with teammates across the business to identify talent opportunities, recommend solutions, and gain support and consensus to execute those solutions.
- Operate with a high degree of professionalism, can-do attitude, problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, bias toward action, discretion, sound judgement and decision-making, and executive presence.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support managers in the end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing strategies, applicant tracking system (ATS), and candidate screening.
- Own and manage ATS technology with a focus on optimizing the system for efficiency and an eye for ongoing process improvement.
- Partner with leadership to build and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for all new hires to the company.
- Cultivate community and university partnerships to expand sourcing channels.
Talent Strategy & Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to identify and implement HR initiatives that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent.
- Analyze business and people trends and metrics to develop talent-related solutions and programs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to frontline managers on recruiting strategies, employee matters, performance management, and training opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to increase employee engagement and continuously cultivate our culture.
Talent Management & Employee Relations
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and career development.
- Oversee and administer the performance management process for the company and in the HR system.
