Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, and training and development.

• Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.

• Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources.

• Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.

• Conduct new employee orientations.

• Recommend, develop, and schedule training and development courses through our LMS.

• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

• Handle any Immigration related questions and Visa application into the U.S.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a progressive HR environment

• High school/GED required. Bachelor’s or associate Degree preferred.

• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

• Microsoft Office Experience required.

• Knowledge of Payroll and Benefits administration required.

• Experience in dealing with Employee Relations issues, administering leave and Workers’ Compensation required.

• Experience with ADP and Workday preferred
