About the opportunity
The University of Sydney’s Human Resources team are looking for 2x Data Curation Analysts to assist in the diligent collection and verification of HR Data within our HRIS, Workday. This role will be responsible for reviewing and verifying qualifications in system, ensuring data is accurate and up to date and as such will require a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining HR Datasets for various reporting needs
Apply data validation, integrity checking methodologies, and initiate cleansing processes
Support the broader data acquisition team in the timely execution of tasks
Liaise with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of data in system
Contribute ideas to streamline data collection processes
Undertake relevant ad-hoc projects/activities as required
About you
Has tertiary qualifications within a relevant field
Has prior experience working within a similar role, preferably within the higher education sector
Has excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
Able to work autonomously to meet project deadlines
Has experience with the full suite of Office 365, particularly Excel
Prior Workday experience will be advantageous but not required
