Moog Military Aircraft has an immediate opening for a Part-time, Temporary Human Resources Coordinator (25-30 hours per week) to join our team. Reporting to our HR Manager, and you will have an onsite work schedule in Torrance, CA. The assignment is temporary for approximately 5-6 months. 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Provide essential administrative and coordination support across multiple HR areas including employee onboarding and employee records management.

·        Administer the new hire orientation process from start to finish, partnering cross functionally with internal onboarding partners, I-9 verifications and providing local employee support. The HR Coordinator will partner with the local HR team and Corporate HR.

·        You will be a key contributor for Employee Engagement activities at the site, which includes scheduling and coordinating company events such as the annual picnic, blood drive, health fair, holiday activities and much more.

To be considered for the role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

·        Bachelors’ Degree

·        1 year office admin experience is preferred

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Must be able to work a full day on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

It’d be great if you also had:

·        Detail oriented, collaborative and have experience managing schedules and logistics in a dynamic environment 

·        Experience with Human Resources

·        Experience with customer services

Salary Range Transparency:

Torrance, CA $30.00–$30.00 Hourly
