About the role
The HR Business Partner, Programs will oversee the implementation, coordination and management of various HR programs and initiatives within OCI and NetSuite. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to align HR programs with business goals. The HR Business Partner, Programs will work to ensure that HR programs support the business through talent management, talent development, employee engagement and operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and support programs and experiences for OCI and NetSuite, in partnership with functional HR teams and with a focus on creating a scalable and consistent approach that enables the business needs and COE objectives. This includes Annual Processes; TRB, Focal, Equity and Promotion processes as core responsibilities.
- Deliver HR program success to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and produce operational efficiency by implementing proactive measures on best practices.
- Drive rigorous management and analysis of program delivery through determining program management best practices and standards.
- Build trusted advisor relationships within the HR team and cross functional partnerships with the broader HR organization by establishing rapport, trust, confidence, and credibility for the overall team success.
- Proactively analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for continual improvements.
- Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives in support of the COE strategy (e.g., talent planning, organizational change, training, etc.).
- Provide global, strategic guidance on people and organizational issues impacting the COE focus areas.
- Build reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners, and customers; Identify synergies across LOBs and act on opportunities to integrate efforts.
- Empower others to take ownership of problems, make effective decisions and recognize the broad, systematic implications of problems and issues.
- Manage high levels of ambiguity effectively and support the resolution of complex problems that cross organizational boundaries.
- Create an environment of personal accountability and ownership for problem-solving while securing commitments for change initiatives and addressing any concerns.
- Mentor teammates across the organization to support the organizational and business needs.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience with significant experience as a program manager and emphasis on talent management and business partnership.
- Proven ability delivering consultative solutions, influencing without authority, and building strong business acumen.
- Background reflecting strong tenure and career progression within a complex, global organization.
- Strong program management ownership and ability to manage and communicate complex, fast paced projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to lead with data driven decision making, driving use of analytics, relevant reporting mechanisms and proper communication.
- Ability to create analytics using Excel (pivot tables, xlookup, charts, etc.) and effectively communicate insights in support of HR business initiatives.
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; Ability to work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective problem-solving ability.
- Ability to travel as required.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
