HR Business Partner - Noida
Clearwater AnalyticsAbout the role
Job Summary
The HR Business Partner will serve as the strategic people partner for the Clearwater Analytics Noida Centre, working closely with business leaders to drive employee experience, performance, talent, and engagement across the site. Reporting to the APAC HR Leader, this is a senior individual contributor role for a hands-on HRBP who can partner with the business, coach managers, and use people data and AI-led insights to shape decisions. The ideal candidate is currently operating as an HRBP, is strong with data analytics, and has supported a business of 200–300 employees in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Act as the trusted HR partner to business leaders at Noida — understanding their people priorities and translating them into pragmatic, high-impact HR interventions.
- Coach and advise managers on team effectiveness, employee relations, and day-to-day people decisions.
- Serve as the primary link between employees and the broader People & Culture function, ensuring global programmes are localised and employee needs are surfaced to APAC HR leadership.
- Represent Noida's people priorities in regional HR forums and contribute to APAC-level HR planning.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design and drive employee engagement strategies for Noida — diagnosing root causes of attrition and disengagement through structured listening, pulse surveys, and manager feedback channels.
- Champion inclusion, recognition, and psychological safety; partner with managers on onboarding, integration, and retention of critical talent.
- Lead Noida's response to Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) results — developing and tracking action plans with measurable outcomes.
- Build a strong sense of community and belonging through engagement initiatives, milestone recognition, and a vibrant culture calendar.
Performance & Talent Management
- Guide managers through performance calibration, feedback frameworks, and improvement planning — coaching leaders to build high-performing, accountable teams.
- Support talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, career development conversations, and high-potential identification.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and hiring strategies that meet Noida's growth objectives.
Employee Relations
- Navigate employee relations matters with sound judgement, cultural sensitivity, and fairness — coaching managers and supporting employees through resolution.
HR Data, Analytics & Insights
- Build and maintain HR data dashboards for Noida — tracking headcount, attrition, engagement, hiring velocity, and tenure on a regular cadence.
- Leverage AI tools and data analytics to identify workforce trends, predict attrition risk, and surface actionable insights for business and HR leadership.
- Present people data in a compelling, visually clear format to business leaders and the APAC HR Leader — translating numbers into narrative and recommendations, not just reports.

- Hands-on experience with HR data analytics — building dashboards, interpreting workforce metrics, and presenting insights to leadership.
- Practical experience applying AI tools in an HR or people-analytics context.
- Experience in the technology domain; FinTech experience is a strong advantage.
- Must have partnered a business of 200–300 employees.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills — able to advise, challenge, and partner with senior business leaders with confidence.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, particularly Workday.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills; able to translate complex people data into decision-ready narratives.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; MBA or Master's in HRM strongly preferred.
- SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent professional HR certification is an advantage.
- 9+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a dedicated HRBP role in a technology or product-led organisation.
- Prior experience working in a global or multi-geography organisation; exposure to APAC HR practices is an advantage.
