About the role

Reporting to the VP of HR, ANZ, the Human Resources Business Partner is a commercially focused partner to Adecco Australia’s leaders, with a particular focus on enabling sales performance, workforce productivity and business transformation. The role translates business priorities into practical people plans, using workforce data, organisational insight and strong leader partnership to improve capability, structure, engagement and execution. Working closely with commercial leaders and HR centres of expertise, the HRBP supports organisational design, change delivery, talent processes and sales capability uplift to help the business achieve growth, efficiency and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
•    Act as a commercial HRBP to Adecco Australia leaders, aligning people activity to revenue growth, productivity, client delivery and business performance priorities
•    Partner with business leaders to diagnose workforce, capability and performance issues, converting insights into practical people plans that support commercial outcomes
•    Lead organisational design activity, including reviewing structures, roles, spans, layers and accountabilities to ensure teams are set up to deliver growth, efficiency and customer outcomes
•    Provide expert guidance on change management and IR/ER matters, including the people impacts of transformation and business change
•    Partner with and coordinate Regional HR COEs (Reward, HR Ops, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition) to ensure effective delivery of shared HR services
•    Establish trusted and influential relationships at all levels of management, whilst acting as an employee advocate when required
•    Provide commercially grounded advice on HR -related matters, balancing business needs, employee experience, risk, compliance and speed of execution
•    Lead annual cyclical HR processes including goal setting, performance reviews, remuneration reviews and talent reviews/successi on planning
•    Promote Adecco’s culture and strategy to maximise employee engagement, wellbeing and retention through periods of change and growth
•    Use workforce and commercial data to provide leader -ready insights on organisation effectiveness, sales capability, hiring, promotions, turnover, retention, engagement, tenure, gender, FTE and leave liability 
•    Support sales capability uplift programs for sales FTE, including managing skills and development surveys, partnering with leaders to diagnose results, and introducing targeted interventions that build sales capability
•    Ensure full compliance with HR policies, procedures and local legislation, particularly in relation to consultation, change and restructuring activity
•    Lead HR projects as required, with particular focus on transformation, restructuring and organisational change initiatives

Experience
•    Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/Psychology or Human Behavior related studies
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, ideally having served as a Human Resources Business Partner in a sales or commercial environment
•    Demonstrated experience in organizational design, restructuring and change management, including supporting leaders through business transformation
•    A proven track record of business partnering with the ability to form positive working relationships and deliver outcomes
•    Experience in succession planning, annual performance reviews and broader talent processes
•    Experience in employee relations, including effectively managing underperformance, investigations, grievance management, and IR/ER case management
•    Exposure to reward, ideally remuneration reviews, bonus and STI plans, job grading a
