About the Role

As a People Partner on our People Team,  this position serves as a strategic partner to assigned regional leaders and employees, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. The HRBP will provide comprehensive HR support and expertise, fostering a positive work environment, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

This role is critical in developing and implementing people strategies that support the growth and success of the organization.

To drive success in this role, you will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization and within the People Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategies, objectives, and challenges, and translate them into actionable HR plans.

  • Provide strategic guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management initiatives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on all people-related issues.

  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration.

  • Provide guidance and counsel to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

  • Promote and foster a positive and inclusive work environment that drives high employee morale and engagement.

  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns with fairness and objectivity.

  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
