Job Title
HR Business PartnerAs the HR Business Partner, you will provide HR consultative services for assigned organizations in US (R&D, HQ, and virtual US employees) by ensuring the adoption of HR related programs and initiatives that support the employee life cycle. You will proactively identify and raise talent related concerns, and balance consultative and operational tasks effectively to optimize HR business partner impact.Role & Responsibilities:
- Under supervision, provide consultative support on straight forward people related matters pertaining to the facility.
- Understand and implement established HR related programs in support of the employee life cycle.
- Learn the business environment, objectives, and people implications in order to help the facility meet and exceed its financial and operational metrics.
- Complete hiring and onboarding activities for the function/facility.
- With support, manage employee relations activities utilizing strong judgement and communication skills.
- Help supervisors in preparing documentation such as corrective action or development plans.
- Ensure that programs are carried out in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and present information to employees and managers in large and small group formats.
- Partner with HR Business Partner team and Centers of Expertise to deliver employee related programs.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Recommended 2 years related work experience.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge and experience in HR discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective cooperation and communication skills to effectively work within a team environment.
- Effectively gives and receives feedback; willingly asks questions and seeks direction, as needed.
- Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and background.

Target Hiring Range
Annual Salary: USD 64,720.00 - USD 77,664.00Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
