The HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR partnership for GE Healthcare’s
newest acquisition, MIM Software. MIM empowers healthcare organizations of all
sizes with software solutions and is critical to achieving GE Healthcare’s Theranostics
strategy. This role involves developing and executing HR strategies to support business
objectives, with a focus on culture and change management, strategic coaching, talent
management (assessment and development, succession planning), and organizational
design and framework. As a key member of the MIM Leadership team, the role will be
a partner for the MIM team, providing leadership and support for the integration with
GE Healthcare.
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Develop trusting relationships with leaders to enable effective coaching and influence in business decisions, especially those impacting people and culture
Provide timely and direct coaching to business leaders, assisting in the development of strong leadership skills
Partner with stakeholders to design and evolve effective organization structures aligned with company strategy.
Embed the aspired GE Healthcare culture by partnering with leaders.
Lead change across the organization by coaching and influencing leaders and engaging colleagues in the vision, plan, and actions.
Monitor and track key talent metrics and take actions to improve performance.
Lead talent processes and initiatives including talent assessment, succession planning, and development strategies.
Champion simplification and build capabilities in individuals and teams.
Collaborate with internal People and Culture centers of excellence to apply processes and resources effectively. (i.e. Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Talent Analytics, etc.)
As a member of GE Healthcare’s Imaging Business HR team, contribute to broader people/culture initiatives beyond the normal scope.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
8+ years relevant work experience in HR; minimum 5 years of previous experience in Human Resource Manager/Human Resource Business Partnership positions
Experience working in a global mid-large sized, matrixed organization.
In-depth understanding of HR concepts and principles gained through formal education and/or substantial work experience in client HR roles.
Demonstrated experience in making strategic HR decisions, coaching and assessing leadership talent, and effectively interfacing with senior-level business leaders
Desired Characteristics:
