We are searching for HR Business Analyst on behalf of our client. This is a 4 month contract assignment The project is to bridge the gap between the business stakeholders and the technology teams to ensure that software and processes align to business requirements. This role will work to support the lead Business Analyst and together they will work to be the drivers of the client’s continued growth and success, and key in the development of innovative solutions within the HR technology and analytics environments. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to innovation, and seek, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be able to manage technology projects and initiatives and demonstrate strong skills as a detailed planner and communicator.

This is a 4 month contract assignment
Team supports UKG time entry and workday for all other employe lifecycle support and task.
Work with time and pay related projects on technology side. Clean up effort post implantation, gathering business requirement, work with COE and SME, translate to the UKG and workday side of the house
Time and pay team – responsible for the intake of all technology tickets, working tickets load in accordance with priority, gather process, work with SME, complete documentation, work with technology team, document recommendation issue and put that back to the COE and SME
Essential Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders, COEs, business leaders, and technology experts to document and translate business requirements in relation to HR technology and associated systems.
- Lead the discovery, design, and implementation of innovative solutions to the technology platforms that solve complex business challenges and requirements.
- Assess current business practices within key support areas and make recommendations for business and system improvements.
- Lead the analysis of the key risk areas in the current and proposed operational processes.
- Request and incorporate fact-based feedback from impacted business areas and represent these areas in discussions with internal and external implementation teams.
- Conduct on-going analysis and monitoring of processes and technology to ensure all desired outcomes are achieved; document and communicate to appropriate stakeholders, and business and functional leaders, of any challenges, outages, or undesired outcomes.
- Assess and define change impact to the organization, process, and technology and present findings to impacted areas; assess readiness for change and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Assist with change management by working with appropriate business areas to define a set of strategic initiatives to support user adoption of change and impact.
- Create and implement thoughtful execution plans for project-based exercises, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
- Develop relationships with business partners and leaders at all levels of the organization and provide appropriate communication and analysis to support business objectives.
Requirement
- HR software experience, MS Office Suite, VISO and HRIS experience
- Must have experience working directly with the HRIS payroll space that understand the employee life cycle, has been in business or technical position within the HRIS space
- 2+ business experience (education can replace to years of experience) but will need at least 2 years of experience
