POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
This position will perform a variety of day-to-day HR administrative functions, ensuring data integrity and the processing & reporting of HR data.
MAJOR / KEY JOB DUTIES
- Maintain the ADP Vantage HCM database by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, status changes, exception pay increases.
- Support HR Field Directors with special requests or research for assigned Division. Address and resolve issues with Property Managers.
- Develop a regular audit schedule to review the integrity of data in the HRIS system and other HR databases.
- Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting for each business area, including turnover, headcount, succession planning, recruiting, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness

- Verbal and written English skills and telephone/email etiquette
- Competence needed to perform the job specific to aforementioned HR duties
- Ability to process employee data with strict adherence to confidentiality and HIPPA privacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement and business acumen
- Knowledge of human resources information systems and databases
- Excellent organizational skills and careful attention to detail
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Knowledge of ADP Vantage HCM
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Less than 10% travel involved.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School degree required. Associate's degree; 3 - 5 years of experience or a combination of the two.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Skills in database management and record keeping
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Must be able to gather and analyze information
