When you join our team, you will participate in Passport to Protiviti, our award-winning onboarding program.  You will also attend The Consulting Challenge, an experiential learning course that will help you build confidence and create connections that will help you transition successfully into your role as a consultant.  As a consultant, you will be part of Foundations, Protiviti's innovative approach designed to equip consultants with the knowledge, skills, technical aptitude, and coaching to become our firm’s future leaders. This Foundations experience will enable you to learn from diverse project experiences while guiding your skill development and preparing you for the next step in your career journey. 

Digital consultants will work on a variety of projects.  Each project is designed to fuel your curiosity, build capability, drive meaningful impact, and prepare you for the next career level.  Consultants learn alongside experienced leaders and advisors to develop a strong understanding of business processes and build technical skills in general risk areas.  Consultants compile and analyze data, document findings, and communicate insights that contribute impactfully to client engagements.  Through interactions with clients and project team members, consultants develop professional relationships grounded in trust and deliver exceptional client service.  A successful consultant manages time and priorities effectively, takes ownership of assignments, and contributes impactfully to collective team results. 

With each project, you receive hands-on training in a supportive, high-performance environment and interact with leaders across our practice.  Talent Managers will assign specific project experiences that support career growth, your skills, and the needs of the business. A network of advisors will help you navigate challenges and celebrate milestones.  There are opportunities to join committees, participate in employee network groups, enjoy social, civic, and networking activities to strengthen connections and build meaningful relationships across our firm and in the community. 

Our Digital capability works closely with clients to help attract and retain customers, develop new products, services, and strategies, and solve critical business challenges.  Digital consultants will gain experience partnering with and advising clients on Customer and Digital Transformation Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, Customer Care, Creative and Design, Content, Sales and Marketing Acceleration, and Digital Experience Platforms.
