Job Description

 

At Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort, the Housekeeping Support Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of our resort. You’ll ensure all assigned housekeeping areas are spotless and fully stocked, while also servicing designated public spaces with attention to detail and pride. Upholding Omni’s high standards, you help create a welcoming and pristine environment that enhances every guest’s experience.

 

Responsibilities

• Maintain linen closets fully stocked at par levels

• Empty guest room attendants’ linens and garbage hourly or as needed

• Keep service landings, corridors, elevator landings, and ice machine rooms clean and organized

• Dust baseboards and pictures in guest corridors daily

• Remove scuff marks from all guest room doors

• Remove trays from guest floors promptly

• Move furniture as requested

• Complete guest requests promptly and courteously

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Tools & Equipment:

• Use of pen, telephone, cleaning chemicals, carts, vacuum, duster, and radio

Work Environment:

Primarily indoors with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions
