Host - Seasonal - Full Time

Responsible for the first impression of the resort. This also includes the safety and well-being of all members and guests.

DUTIES

Escort campers and guest to correct sites.

Provide superior guest services either over the telephone or in person, by being enthusiastic, attentive, friendly and helpful. Handle all guests' issues with respect.

Greet all guests with a positive attitude and a well-groomed appearance, a smile, recognition and a proper uniform and name tag.

Is to be a back up for all departments, such as but not limited to Housekeeping, maintenance and such.

Perform all other duties assigned by the owner, resort manager, or supervisor.

Respond to security issues in a timely manner.

Attend staff meetings

Make and meet goals set by yourself and your supervisor.

Any other duties as directed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Speak the English language fluently.

Excellent guest service skills.

Must have a valid Driver's License.

Must be able to operate a golf cart as well as other resort maintained equipment.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Long periods of standing, bending, and kneeling.

Must be able to hear and respond over the telephone and/or 2 way radios.
