Hospitality Manager

Position Title: Hospitality Manager-State College, PA 

Pay Grade: 12 

Reports To:

Salary: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the day-to-day service of the operation.
• Plans and supervises special functions, overall service in the Independant Living dining room, cafe, healthcare and personal care dining rooms, maintains cash controls and payroll records, and oversees the hiring of frontline team members.
• Directs and trains staff to provide scheduled retail services and front of house service.
• Completes all daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

• Two years of retail/ front of house operational management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Retail marketing experience is preferred.
• Experience with cash retail operations.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
• Associates degree is preferred.

Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Front of House Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, holds duties related to assisting with day to day operations in Company Clubs and Theater venue. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership and ensures superior food and beverage quality and strong customer service skills.
