THE JOB:
As a Hospitality Intern, you will be exposed to various departments to gain a well-rounded awareness of MGM Resorts International’s operations. During your 10-week paid summer internship program, you will learn best practices and operational strategies from top executives to line-level hospitality experts to help you build a solid career foundation.
Our program is curated to give interns the opportunity to shadow as well as get hands on experience in hospitality!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has prior work experience in or outside of the hospitality industry
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Within 18 months of graduating with a degree in hospitality, management, or other related fields
- Eager to jumpstart their career in hospitality
- Able to commit to the full 10-weeks of the program
- Adaptable go-getter who seeks to take the lead in delivering top-notch customer experiences
