PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Salary to be commensurate with experience
The hiring range for this position is $65,525 - $81,906/annually
The full salary range for this position is $65,525 - $102,383/annually

OVERVIEW OF POSITION
The Homeless Outreach Supervisor leads the homeless outreach team in addition to managing cooling stations, creating team protocols, running meetings, training staff, and coordinating with community partners.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide ongoing supervision to outreach case managers and homeless program coordinator. This may specifically involve a review of case plans, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) case notes, and other documentation within case files
Oversee the hiring, training, career development, evaluation, and discipline of staff
Provide crisis response support to staff as appropriate and serves a pivotal role in guiding planning activities
Adapt supervision of service provision based upon revolving needs of community, emergency abatements, and other emergent situations
Troubleshoot barriers that arise, with teams and individually
Ensure effective oversite of Navigation Campus services
Coordinate maintenance of division fleet
Responds to Access Aurora requests in a timely manner
Respond to community and inter-departmental reports on homeless encampments.
Develop and coordinate strong inter-sector collaboration with both internal and external partners that have a touch point with people experiencing unsheltered homelessness
Coordinate A@H Outreach and Data committees to foster a strong community-based trauma-informed outreach response. Including providing appropriate trainings and learning sessions
Assist as needed in coordinating annual Point in Time (PIT) count
Work with A@H collaborative as needed
Assist with homeless NOFO process.
