About the role
Position Overview:
The role of a Branch Manager is utilized to grow branch business and maintain PC’s standard of quality.

Essential Duties (include but not limited to):
- Comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, statutes, regulations and safety
- Comply with the provisions of the Employee Handbook and all PC Policies and procedures.
- Daily operation oversite.
- Client and employee satisfaction/retention.
- Enforcing policies and procedures.
- Data entry and clerical duties
- Assis in process development.
- Maintain credentials and compliance.
- Coaching and correction action.
- Ensure all priority one and At-Risk clients are covered.
- NNS are reported by daily deadline.
- Maintain NNS to an acceptable level.
- Prepare items for payroll and billing.
Responsibility Description
- Care Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and their families
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with all referral sources
- Report all schedule changes, notice of non-service, hospitalizations, updates and concerns to
- appropriate parties (Care Managers, Case Managers).
- Inform Caregivers of care plans, diagnoses, expectations, and special tasks before scheduling
- them with a client.
- Oversee all aspects of care provided to assure client is not lacking any services needed to
- enhance their well-being.
- Data Entry including care plans, new client information, assessment updates, etc.
- Oversee field supervisors.
Client and Employee Satisfaction/Retention
- Conduct Care Quality calls and on spot visits
- Follow up with all new clients and employees as stated in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
- Follow up on voicemails/emails
- Resolve and prevent client and employee issues.
- Address all client and employee related concerns, issues and request.
Scheduling and Staffing
- Set up schedule according to authorization.
- Assign and manage caregiver schedule.
- Manage all staffing for current clients, coordinate staffing for new clients, cover unstaffed
- shifts, replace call offs, and address all Time off Requests.
- Document all schedule changes, call offs, refusals to work, shift cancelations, incident
- reports, and document all preferred caregivers in the system.
Intake Coordination
- Work with referral source to maximize our new client potential.
- Field Calls pertaining to service inquiries.
- Cross Sell our services and products to meet each client’s individual needs.
- Schedule Assessment with potential clients and their family members (Private Pay and PIP.)
- Schedule Intake with new clients.
- Collect all required signed documents and build client file.
- Collect deposit for service to begin (Private Pay).
- Inform client/family members of our Family Room.
Assist or Coordinate In-Service Trainings
- Help with the training process.
(As a last resort) Cover Priority 1 and At-Risk client caregiver call offs.
- As a last resort if no one is available and all options have been exhausted cover Priority 1 and At-Risk call offs.
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Answer all calls while on-call.
