Position Requirements

Experience You Need: 

• Ability to travel to visit with branch teams and engage clients and prospects in person (~25-40%) 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Wealth Management industry with focus on HNW areas and delivering solutions through Financial Advisors 

• Extensive experience working with clients as a Financial Advisor or member of a planning team, with clients of $5M+ investable assets 

• In-depth knowledge of trust, estate, and tax planning strategies 

• Strong presentation and communication skills 

• Personal initiative and ability to collaborate 

• Ability to lead small groups and present findings in a clear and concise manner 

• Ability to lead a client meeting with multiple professionals 

• Understanding of Financial Advisor/BOA/branch processes including the implementation of a solutions-based approach 

• Ability to interpret and leverage firm advice and guidance to support the branch in creating a tailored solution for each client. 

What Could Set You Apart: 

• CFP, CFA, CTFA or commensurate experience highly preferred  

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.

Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
