Summary of Job Duties:

The High Impact Team lead is responsible for daily collection of trash and recycling in and around each residential facility. Responsible for relocating furniture and equipment in and around office buildings, classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, auditoriums, residential halls, dining areas, building common areas, and other areas as required. Responsibilities also include minor maintenance of department vehicle and equipment. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma

• Ability to effectively communicate to be able to perform job duties

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the custodial field

• Basic understanding of computerized systems such as email, CMMS and Time Recording software

• Experience working in an environment where young adults are present

• Valid driver license

• Good driving record
